the blood covered hand at their opponent channeling a same bit of chakra
into the blood causing it to harden in to cresent like blades as it
flies towards the opponent.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra
to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes
visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound
reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique
is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the
target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal.
This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of
the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

As shown against Killer Bee, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without cutting them. This jutsu Originally create by Kakashi Hatake and later taught to Sasuke Uchiha has own major drawback. Because of the incredible rate of speed in which the user travels it creates tunnel vision for them making near impossible to see if your opponent has a counterattack prepared for you and because of this the jutsu for along time was thought incomplete without the Sharingan. This however Kai managed to overcome through intensive speed training pushing himself to become as fast as lightning itself so as to make it even harder for one to dodge or counterattack due to his extreme speed. This jutsu is usually used as a follow up combo with other jutsu to pin his opponent(s) down so that they can't escape this jutsu. He sometimes also increases the force of this jutsu by flying high into the air til he is bordering exiting the earth's atmosphere before speeding back down towards his opponent(s) at a speed that would make even someone using 7 of the 8 inner gates jealous.

Description:
Just as the name implies this is clone jutsu made out of blood. This
jutsu works exactly the same way as the lightning style shadow clones
and shadow clones in the fact that it transfers all knowledge gained and
experience gain when dispelled to it's caster. However what makes this
jutsu different from all other cloning jutsu is that it doesn't dispell
upon getting hit like all the others do.
This type of clone only dispells:
A) If the caster dispells it
B) If it despells itself
C) Completely runs out of chakra
D) Or is killed much in the same sense as if the real self was killed
E) This clone can completely think for itself and does it's own thing if orders aren't giving during it's making or after it.
F) Has it's own chakra that it can replenish either by eating and/or sleeping.
G) This clone does NOT revert to blood when destroyed or dispelled it simply fades away

Description: This technique allows Kai to instantly teleport himself anywhere as well as teleport objects and others provided he's touching them and wants them to be teleported with him. This technique is similar to the teleportation technique of one Madara Uchiha. The Shimmer technique is the technique of Kai good half that and it burns up a small portion of chakra used though not enough to present any problems. However the Dark Shimmer technique of his evil half doesn't require any chakra from him just a desperate wanting to relocate instantly. Both technique makes a signature whirling noise as the fabric of space/and time is ripped apart upon teleporting, the dark one however also cause the area to ripple with dark energy.

Description: This is a dual elemental technique that utilizes both my electromagnetism and my sword Zetsumei's darkness. This jutsu utilizes Zetsumei's ability to absorb light and convert it into dark energy that can be stored and used at anytime Kai chooses to first simply just blanket an area in darkness as it absorbs its light. Once I add electromagnetic chakra to the blade of the sword, the sword will release its hold on some of the light as both the dark energy its holding and the lightning around dances together around the blade in a pattern similar to lightning, fire, and wind. With Zetsumei no longer absorbing all the light it allows some of the light to return to the area transforming the sky/heavens and blankets it with dark storm clouds that spark with blue white lightning. Once the sky/heavens are charged and filled with the dark storm clouds when Kai is ready he'll raise Zetsumei above his head be bring it back down in a hard downward slice cutting through the air. This in turn will cause black tornadoes and arcs, bolts and streams of blue white lightning to descend from the heavens either sweeping up and frying anything in hit by a stream of lightning, suffocating anyone caught in the tornadoes and incinerating anyone hit by an arc lightning sparking off said tornadoes, or severely injuring as well as stunning anyone hit with a bolt of lightning.
